📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate on-the-ground operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and events.
• Develop and implement local market strategies to enhance brand presence and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client demonstrations and site visits, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on local market trends.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, event planning, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
