Education Consultant - Music Enrichment Programs (Bali Region)

Seven Retail Group is seeking a passionate Education Consultant to join our team and make a difference in Bali's vibrant communities. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll work with our Seven Music program to transform lives through music education. This is your chance to shape the future of music education in Bali, working alongside dedicated teachers and students to create meaningful learning experiences.

As an Education Consultant, you'll design and implement music enrichment programs tailored to the unique needs of our students. You'll collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and ensure our programs meet the highest educational standards. With your expertise, you'll help students develop not only musical skills but also creativity, discipline, and teamwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement music enrichment programs aligned with educational standards and curriculum frameworks.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, performances, and other music-related events.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in music education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Work closely with the Seven Retail Group team to ensure the successful delivery of music education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in music education or a related field.
• Certification in music education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
