📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate and effective emergency response to critical incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and the community.
• Assess and prioritize emergencies, utilizing advanced medical and first aid skills to deliver timely and appropriate care.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive and efficient response.
• Document all emergency incidents, including actions taken and outcomes, to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
• Participate in regular training and drills to stay updated on the latest emergency response protocols and technologies.
• Promote a culture of safety and preparedness within the community, educating individuals on emergency procedures and prevention strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support during emergencies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medicine, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), preferably with experience in critical care settings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency response or a related field, with a proven track record of successful incident management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in diverse and high-stress environments.
• Proficiency in using emergency response software and tools, such as EMR systems, dispatch software, and communication devices.
• Knowledge of local emergency response protocols, regulations, and best practices in Bali, Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive emergency response vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the role.
