As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety protocols. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with international and local regulations.
• Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols using tools like SafetyCulture and SafetyHub.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, and implement measures to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the creative industry.
• Certifications in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are a plus.
• Proficient in using HSE management software like SafetyCulture, SafetyHub, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and environmental management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
