As our DPA, you'll be responsible for coordinating with vessel crews, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and support to ensure compliance. With a strong background in maritime safety and environmental management, you'll leverage your expertise in tools like ISM (International Safety Management) and ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with international maritime safety and environmental regulations (IMO, MARPOL, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for maritime authorities and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with vessel crews to implement and monitor safety protocols
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide training and support to vessel crews on safety and environmental management
• Monitor and report on vessel performance and compliance
• Maintain and update the company's safety management system (SMS) and environmental management system (EMS)
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including classification societies and insurance providers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime safety and environmental management
• Certified in ISM (International Safety Management) and ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System)
• Strong knowledge of IMO, MARPOL, and other relevant regulations
• Proficient in using safety management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
