Your daily tasks will include handling patient inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between our healthcare providers and patients. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor for patients and their families.
• Assist in the coordination of medical services, including home visits and telemedicine consultations.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our in-house healthcare management system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
• Assist in the organization of healthcare events and workshops to promote women's health.
• Stay informed about the latest healthcare trends and best practices to enhance patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or healthcare support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and systems, such as electronic health records (EHR) or practice management systems.
• Certification in customer service or healthcare support is a plus.
• Passionate about women's health and committed to providing compassionate care.
