As an Order Management Specialist, you will be at the core of our operations, working closely with our sales and logistics teams to manage and optimize our order fulfillment process. You will use our in-house ERP system, SAP, to track and manage orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders using SAP ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
• Track and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient order picking and packing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order management and supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP system, with experience in order processing and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of coffee industry and supply chain operations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
