As an Assistant Engineer (Quality), you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest international standards. Every day, you'll work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and quality control specialists to implement and monitor quality control measures. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with international standards and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze quality data using tools like Minitab and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control measures into manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Document and maintain comprehensive quality records and reports for regulatory compliance and internal reviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing, with a focus on ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as Minitab and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Auditor) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
