📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist guests with their orders, taking them to their tables, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system efficiently.
• Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
