As a Junior Procurement Officer, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
- Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to order placement.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Monitor and control procurement spend.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Provide support to the Procurement Manager in managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus.
