• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow and adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques in Chinese cooking.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chinese cuisine chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to create authentic and flavorful Chinese dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as woks, steamers, and grills.
