Bus Helper (Kenek Bus) - Full-Time Position in Tangerang

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Bus Helper (Kenek Bus) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our drivers in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our buses. As a Bus Helper at WEHA, you will work closely with our experienced drivers to ensure that our buses are always in top condition. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as checking the tire pressure, ensuring that all safety equipment is in working order, and assisting with the loading and unloading of passengers. Your daily tasks will include ensuring that our buses are clean and tidy, assisting passengers with their luggage, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist drivers in ensuring the smooth operation of our buses, including checking tire pressure, fuel levels, and other safety equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the buses, including cleaning the interior and exterior, and ensuring that all seats and surfaces are clean and tidy.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers, ensuring that all passengers are safely and comfortably seated.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Monitor the behavior of passengers and ensure that they are following all safety and security protocols.
• Assist with the preparation of the bus for the next trip, including refueling, restocking any necessary supplies, and ensuring that the bus is ready for the next journey.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that all problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that our buses are always in top condition and that our passengers are always safe and comfortable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bus Helper or similar role in the transport industry.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of buses, including knowledge of safety equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of passengers.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors and drivers.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, as well as English, is a plus.
