Smart Byte Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and be able to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to ensure that stock levels are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license.
