📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
