Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Padang, Sumatera Barat. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized workspace.,Manage the store's budget and expenses, and work with the finance team to ensure profitability.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote the store and drive customer traffic.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in product quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a food or retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
