📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of employees to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
