The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of the local Bali market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and influencer partnerships.,Report on social media performance and insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content distribution.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.,Familiarity with the Bali market and its unique cultural nuances is a plus.
