📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers as needed,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
