CV Solusi Klik is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Specialist to join our B2G Solutions team in Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality sales training programs to our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, a passion for helping others succeed, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs to our sales teams,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions,Conduct training sessions in person and virtually,Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training,Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to help them achieve their goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a related role,Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate training programs,Familiarity with training management systems and tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
