📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential coffee buyers, including cafes, restaurants, and retail stores.,Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong understanding of the coffee market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
