Memiontec Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment EPC projects in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant management, with a focus on water treatment technologies and EPC projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment EPC projects.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plants, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of plant operators, technicians, and engineers.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.,Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Coordinate with project stakeholders and contractors to ensure timely project completion.,Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management, with a focus on water treatment technologies and EPC projects.,Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.,Proven track record of managing plant operations and maintenance activities.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the water treatment industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
