📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support business objectives.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
