📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the procurement and management of vehicle insurance and other related documents.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet-related staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field. Internship experience will be considered.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
