📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and coordinating retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Support the City Coordinator in implementing and monitoring retail strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to assess performance and address any issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or consumer products role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
• Fluent in Indonesian with good English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to retail outlets as needed.
