📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
