Moon Home Dinamis is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT-related issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.,Monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure.,Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Training employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Documenting IT processes and creating user manuals.,Working with the IT team to improve and optimize IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
