As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vessels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage vessel operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Oversee crew performance, conduct training sessions, and maintain a safe working environment.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, optimizing routes and fuel consumption.,Monitor vessel performance, including engine, navigation, and cargo systems.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement waste management protocols.,Coordinate with shore-based teams for maintenance, supply, and other operational needs.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English for communication and documentation purposes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental standards.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Experience with hybrid operations, combining onshore and offshore responsibilities.,Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
