📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing.,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure effective marketing execution.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.,Create and manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Measure and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics and tools.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing materials.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
