Beo Holding is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Purchasing Assistant to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations by coordinating shipping and purchasing activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of shipping activities, including order processing, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.,Support the purchasing team by managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and tracking purchase orders.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of shipping and purchasing activities, including tracking numbers and invoices.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to shipping and purchasing.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.,Support the team in the implementation of logistics and supply chain improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or purchasing role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with logistics and purchasing software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
