📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the IT department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.,Familiarity with IT policies and procedures, and the ability to develop and implement them.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
