📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution network, including warehouses, delivery routes, and transportation.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and guidance to the distribution team.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution management and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and distribution.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
