📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue for Bintan Resort Cakrawala.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and customer relationship management.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with the leasing team to secure long-term leases and partnerships with potential clients.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the resort and build brand awareness.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay at the resort.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, including market trends, competition, and customer preferences.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel and customer visits.
