Diamond Market Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and menu planning.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient cooking methods.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
