📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure continuous improvement.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and trainers.,Facilitate feedback sessions to gather input from participants and enhance training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a lead role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
