📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lab, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly and that all samples are accurately tested and analyzed.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab operations, ensuring that they are in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Work closely with other departments, such as quality assurance and production, to ensure that lab results are accurately and timely communicated.,Ensure that all lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and that all safety procedures are followed.,Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that lab results are accurate and reliable.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance lab operations.,Ensure that all lab activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a lab setting.,Strong knowledge of lab procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and training programs for lab staff.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO and GLP.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
