📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.,Prepare and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules to meet production targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven experience in kitchen management and team leadership.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations if required.
