PT Antar Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle any warehouse incidents or accidents, ensuring a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
