📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
  • Conduct regular checks on delivery routes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of distribution processes and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software and basic logistics tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer needs is a plus.
