As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by visiting and calling potential customers to promote and sell our products.,Set and achieve sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product sales.,Report sales performance and market conditions to the sales manager on a regular basis.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.,Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with the retail or sales industry is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.
