Shine Easy Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Medical Representative to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Representative in promoting our products to healthcare professionals and ensuring the effective distribution and marketing of our pharmaceutical products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Medical Representative in planning and executing promotional activities and medical meetings with healthcare professionals.,Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products.,Provide information and education to healthcare professionals about our products, their benefits, and usage.,Monitor and report on the sales performance of our products in the assigned territory.,Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.,Support the Medical Representative in managing and coordinating field activities, including travel arrangements and logistics.,Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and samples.,Provide regular updates and reports to the Medical Representative and the marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a related field.,Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare market in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and SIM Card.

🛠️ Keahlian

Sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong presentation and public speaking skills.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Proficient in using CRM software.Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
